The Clear Lake area offers many exciting opportunities, as well as features for its residents....     Clear Lake is truely a great community to live in. Clear Lake offers the third largest marina in the US and is host to many, many fine restaurants of all cuisines. Downtown Houston with all its' sports and fine ARTS facilities is a mere 20 miles to the north, while Galveston is only 35 miles to the south.

The Clear Lake Area market has remain stable. This due to both the employment opportunities and the local attractions (such as the many restaurants and the Kemah Boardwalk).  
 

Johnson  Space Center (home to our astronauts) is located in Clear Lake and offers many career opertunties. Next to Johnson space Center is the Space Center Houston, which is open to the public. A short 10 to 20 minutes drive will take you to Kemah. Kemah is a waterfront community (part of the Clear Lake Marina) with a boardwalk, fine holtels, many restaurants on the waterfront, and an amusement rides park.

Clear Creek Schools in the Clear Lake Area have been and are recognized for their excellence. There are churches of most major faiths located through out Clear Lake. A major benefit to those living in Clear Lake is its' modern medical complex (located off of Hwy 3) and Clear Lake's nearness to the major and world reknowned Houston Medical Center.
