I have been in real estate for 32 years and been very successful. Since I have been a top producer I have been appointed to serve on the Agent Leadership Committee many years. Born in Cleveland, Ohio but, have lived in the Clear Lake Area of Houston since 1987. Has a masters in Engineering. Has five children, all grown. Has eight grandchildren. Has worked for NASA for 42 years and retired from NASA on 4/3/08. Enjoys being able to help couples find the right home. Will take the time it requires. I will work at your pace and will not push or rush you to make a decision on a home. Buying a home is a very big step and commitment for you and you need to take the time to make the right choice. If you wish or need to, I will help you find loan officers who will help/advise you on obtaining a loan. I will follow through on every step of buying or selling or renting a home for you. Every step of the process is done by me to ensure you have one point of contact so you don't have to contact several people to get results or questions answered.
Todate I have never proceeded to a closing that we did not close. That is because I check and double check throughout the closing process that all information required is provided in a quick and timely manner.
I like to golf, bike, walk/hike and repair/fix-up my home. I designed and built my home in Ohio, so I know what to look for in a home. Now that I am retire from NASA I am planning to be a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. I enjoy spending time with my 8 grandchildren.
